Department of Conservation is Hiring an ENGINEERING GEOLOGIST Near Sacramento, CA

Working Conditions
This position is located in Sacramento and may be eligible for a hybrid telework schedule. Employees must reside in California and be able to satisfactorily perform their essential work functions independently and remotely.
Candidates who reside outside of the State of California may be admitted to the job interview but must show proof of residence in California prior to being eligible for appointment.

- Literacy and proficiency in use of Geographic Information System (GIS).
- Registration as a California Professional Geologist and preferably certification as an Engineering Geologist as well.
- Post graduate degree preferred but not required.
